Raptors come up short against Oklahoma City

In one of the biggest test to the Raptors so far this season they travelled to the nation of Oklahoma City to face the revamped Thunder team led by Russell Westbrook.

If this game had its way we could see the Raptors having to find a way to slow down Westbrook and his crew alongside Paul George or Carmelo Anthony.

Westbrook had 30 points, 13 assists and eight rebounds to finish off the night. Paul George added 33 points while Carmelo and Stephen Adams had a respectful 18 points on the night to improve the Thunder's record to 20 wins & 15 losses.

What this means for the Raptors is they ran into a buzz saw down the stretch, the Raptors have been playing really well of late having won 12 of 13 before losing to the Dallas Mavericks the night before.

C.J. Miles led the Raptors with 20 points, Jonas Valanciunas added 16 points but unfortunately, All-Star Demar DeRozan only had 15 points.

As Raptors fans probably sit back confused these are the games you need the leaders such as DeRozan and Lowry not to disappear under the bright lights as they have a chance to really learn from the battles like these ones to actually be taking seriously in the Eastern Conference.
