Serge Ibaka got suspended for an altercation with a staff member after Wednesday night loss to the OKC Thunder. This was the game against the Atlanta Hawks that he did miss. Seriously not the right time to be getting into a heated battle with staff members on your team.

After a slow night when DeRozan disappeared against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Wednesday night by only scoring 15 points. The All-Star displayed by scoring 25 points to be the leader against the Atlanta Hawks.

The Raptors are 13-1 at home this NBA season and they are one win shy for tying their franchise record of consecutive wins at the ACC set in 2016.

Valanciunas had 13 points and 11 rebounds. Delon Wright look liked his old self as his shoulder is fully healed and ready to display apart of the youth movement by scoring 13 points. Kyle Lowry finished the night with 12.

The Raptors kick off the new year hosting the pesky rising star Giannis Antetokounmpo, Milwaukee Bucks who sit 19-15 this season. Kind of a slow start for the upcoming Bucks as they played the Raptors in a rival game on New Year's Day. This will be a marquee matchup between youth and grit. Expect some fireworks in the ACC on Monday night at 7:30 pm.

Giannis Antetokounmpo is emerging as the household name in MVP talks of late. So expect monsters effort the Toronto Raptors have to be ready for never the less.
